I ordered aa desk and chairs for work and the chairs were delivered but the Desk is still outstanding. Its been over a week and the response from the consultant is that they tried calling you, I clearly advised people not to deliver on a Friday after 1.00pm as there is no one to receive the goods. Ref***, let me know when can I have the goods

You Springfield Branch is very delayed and laid back and wants me to just accept shoddy service
