Makro online

I logged a complaint last week with makro regarding my online order. I placed the order on The 25th of july and still today the 2nd of August is says "order confirmed ". They called me the next day saying they are still looking for a makro store with stock and they say they are terribly sorry. I managed to find in 5 mins almost 10 makro stores in south africa with stock of the item i ordered. I don't want a refund i just want better communication from makro and my order delivered.
