Worst online service. I ordered 6 similac gold for my baby the shop showed they have stock just to receive a call to say they only have 2 can they refund me for 4. I agreed and asked how long they told me 3 to 5 working days. I waited the days and called them they indicate then 7 days. Waited again no refund. 3 calls later and no refund. I asked ro speak to a manger and still no call back. Their website indicates up to 7 working days but no refund. Also the call centre said they are inly open until 4:30 but website indicate 6. Its now been 12 working days no refund. I will never use them again. And do not recomend their online services its just pethetic
