Makro Online

I placed an order with Makro online on the 1st of December 2025. On the 3rd of December 2025, received an sms that goods will be delivered. The delivery was not our order. Received sms on the 8th of December 2025 that order has been handed to the courier. Today is the 10th of December and my goods have not been delivered. Tried phoning the help desk yesterday, the 9th of December 2025, held on for 15 minutes, no one answering the phone. Phoned again today, 10th of December 2025 for 15 minutes again and no answer.
