Makro Online

The Makro Online service is horrible. I ordered goods on the 29th of June 2023, on the very same day I made other orders online at Game and Dis-chem and the next day my orders were ready for collection yet I still have not received notification to fetch my order from Makro.

The annoying part is that they promise that orders will be ready in 2 - 5 days but unfortunately cannot keep to their promise. I just called the call centre and I have been told that some of the items I ordered are not available in the store (Makro Crown Mines) so they have been requested from other stores. So if I did not call who was going to notify me?

If you want to provide online shopping please fix your services. This is definitely the last time I will be ordering online at Makro.
