Makro online

I have been trying to purchase a rucksack and keep getting an error message that it exceeds the maximum weight! Tried call centre, email and the online chat and no one can resolve or advise!! Tried via the app, on a pc and ipad and phone and nothing works!!!!!It is also only available online so I can’t even go collect it at a store!
