I ordered an Instant Pot and receive a Goldcrest Pressure Cooker instead? how? This is extremely unprofessional, I have been a long standing Makro customer and I have never received this kind of service. This is such a disappointment! I will never recommend buying Makro online ever again. All I was told is that I must submit a return and I will receive a refund as it was sold by a 3rd party. Using a 3rd party is not an excuse for Makro not to do their due dilligence. We as the customers are bearing the brunt of this.
