Makro online....

Don not use the online app of makro online. Ordered christmas gift on the 16Des2024. Delivery date was 21st Des 2024. On the 20th they informed me that the supplier is out of stock and they had to cancel the order and refund me(bull**** i think the "supplier" was closed)and could not supply. Still waiting for my refund and suddenly on the app shows "given to the courier 8th January 2025. More than 10 working days and i stillnot recieved my refund. With the phone conversations and even calling the complaints department of makro there is still nothing. Incompitant,useless,dont give a **** of the costumer attitude and unprofetional service they still think they can bull**** me. ****ing useless.....................
