I ordered a 48V cordless power tool combo online with a supposedly 60% off deal sold by Fame INC. The order arrived and the make of the power tools was different from the order and it was 21V power tools in stead of 48V. To rectify this you have to return the item and that takes 14 days to refund. You can not exchange it. You must wait 14 days for the refund and then re-order without the 60% discount. The **** is ,they offer you a unbelievable deal, then send you whatever they want and hope you will accept it because you don't want to go through all the hassle to return and know that by the time you went through everything to re-order ,they just remove the deal. Makro does not back the client at all...just tell you to return the goods.
