I ordered items online by Makro, cancelled the order withing 48hours and contacted the call center about the cancellation, then only to receive a what sup confirming my order has been collected at the Midrand store, this was very suspicious as i am staying in Port Elizabeth, contacted the call center again informing them on this matter, all they said was it will be handled and my money would be refunded by the store 2 weeks have passed numerous phone calls and still no refund, contacted the call center again explaining my frustration and still no call back or refund, this is shocking service to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
