I ordered an 8l gas geyser on 10 Sept. According to app it was packed on 11th of Sept. It was supposed to be delivered by 16th of Sept. It is now the 24th. And everytime I phone. I get told it has been escalated. They waiting for it to be collected. No real answers or solution. Won't shop online again. Back to Takealot I go.

25 Sept 2024, 17:14Hi, it has been a week and a half. And All I get from Makro is apologies, yet nothing is being done to get me my parcel, It keeps getting escalated but again no action taken to resolve the problem.
