Makro online is pathetic! I placed an order on 29 November 2024 #*** and when i checked out it said my order will be delivered on Monday 2nd of December 2024, didn't received my order on the 2nd. I then started calling customer care from Tuesday trying to find out why haven't i received my order yet and I was told there's a delay since it's black Friday, i kept on calling, emailing but no help, everyone i spoke to when calling the customer care line kept on saying they will get back on me but didn't . I ended up canceling the order on the 19th of December and still today I haven't got my refund. I called again today 27 December 2024 the lady i spoke to put called the Vanderbijlpark branch and spoke to some guy but they will look in that matter as it has been escalated then minutes after that i got an email from Katleho Maleho (Makro) saying I'll get a feedback within 72 hours.
