Makro Online

I ordered 2 items via Makro Online, 1 was to be delivered and the other to be collected at Makro Germiston Online collections. I received a mail to notify me that the 1 item was ready for collection at Makro Germiston. I waited there for 40 minutes while they looked for my order, only to be told they did not have the goods in stock and that they will deliver the goods to me. A week later I had received no notifications and I called the callcentre, they advised me that the item was ready for collection. I went there yesterday and was informed that the order had been cancelled and that I was to be refunded. Unbelievably, I received a mail today to advise that the item is ready for collection. Needless to say the other item has never been delivered because they don't have stock. They are a JOKE!! I will never order from Makro online again - their systems are a mess and the staff are lazy and ***********.
