Makro online service is so POOR and their full of lies. Centruion worse! So I purchased more4less items and they were delivered on Sunday (30/06/2024) with missing items. I then contact them regarding the missing items it was only then when they notified me that the missing items are out of stock and sent an email. So I asked they come collect the product with missing items and their giving me run arounds. Another thing I called today 02 July 2024 asking when the russel hobbs blender will be delivered and the lady confirmed that they have it at the warehouse it's just a matter of dispatching the item the call was around 13:55 and now at 15:33 I get an email to say it's out of stock. So what is happening Makro?
Three days now since you said collection is scheduled. With the refund I'm just giving Makro up until tomorrow to see. For a big shop it's very disappointing!!

Another thing that Makro does that I don't understand or rather it's another inconvenience to us as customers this >>>"Your refund was approved and is being processed. You will receive your refund within the next 2 – 10 working days to the same payment method used when placing your order" it's definitely not after two days but up to 10 days is just too much. If I bought essentials then one must wait for 10 days to go buy else where? Please look into this because it's big inconvenience. We don't put away money somewhere in case Makro disappoints us.
