Makro Online - 3rd Party sales not TRUSTED

Bought desk online from Makro, selling by Rand E (Pty) Ltd, they delivered it but when we opened it, both boards of desk cracked at same place. On profile show 14 days return policy, but when I WhatsApp and Emailed Makro, they WhatsApp and said they do not return 3rd party stuff and must sort it out with R snd E (Pty) Ltd, no where can I find their contact details??? I emailed Makro again and again, they don't rep**** back, I asked for that companies contact details, they just ignored me!! Now have to pay someone to repair someone else's stuff they did nit checked!!
