Makro Online

I have placed an order on the 27th March, on the website it says delivery takes 2-5 working days but still I haven't received my washing Machine. There is no communication whatsoever from Makro, the last update I got was on the 1st of April letting me know that the parcel has been collected by Value Couriers since then nothing.

I will never buy from Makro Online ever again they don't care about thier customers, FYI I am a first time customer
