I ordered items online and it was scheduled for delivery on Saturday 28 March 2026. Nothing was delivered and when I checked i got the reply that " due to multiple delivery failures, the order was cancelled and that I would be refunded by 07 April. The address is a business address that is staffed from 06:00 - 22:00 and it was confirmed that no delivery attempt was made. I also did not receive any phone call or message that they experience difficulty with the delivery. Gate security also confirmed that there were no deliveries. After I disputed the failed delivery, I'm now getting ignored
