Makro online

Hi my name is Victor Dlamini I made online shopping with makro via payflex two weeks from now I did everything to point that money was debited from my account my first pay with payflex. When I check my order thru makro to my surprise they said my orders were no placed I called payflex and they said they paid makro I must check with them I called and emailed everything that makro needed from my side till today I have to the one to call makro n check any feed back from them all I am receiving is same story every day n this is getting frustrating because this week payflex will be debuting from my account for things that I have not received... makro service is bad
