Makro online 3 weeks, I've complained still no delivery. Pay my money back

Goods still not delivered 3rd week now, an answer that the address was wrong was not satisfactory, the address was correct, the makro is less than 5km from my house. This is truly unnecceptable, pay my money back because I am sick and tired of spending my airtime and data and energy chasing you for my bought item to be delivered by makro online.
