Makro Online

I purchased two items from Makro SA online (marketplace) the items were delivered. I returned the items immediately without even opening them as I did not need them anymore, so I requested a refund. The return request was processed, and they were fetched by the courier service processed and was only refunded for one item. I then called their customer service enquiring about it I was told they made a mistake on their side they only processed on item I should wait for 7days they will refund the rest of my money 7days passed still nothing called them again they told me the same story. it's been almost two months now of me calling sending emails with no response even at the Makro store they cannot assist me. It is very frustrating as I am not getting any correspondence from them.
