DO NOT buy from Makro Online guys!!!!! The service is non existent and appalling! I ordered a brother printer on 8 August which was supposed to be delivered 14 August! When it wasn’t delivered I called and was told it is being escalated to the supplier! This went on since Friday! I was promised a response via email or sms on Saturday which also didn’t happen! On Monday I followed up 3 times and was told it is being escalated as their supplier didn’t have stock - I then called Brother and was told there is ample stock availability! Today I call Makro and get told my order is cancelled! So I ask for my money back as I need to now buy the printer from Takealot for R350 more! NOW they tell me I must wait 7 - 14 working days for a refund! This is not a return for refund it is a refund due to them not fulfilling my order and yet they tell me the policy for refund is the same so 14 days from now! It has already been 2 weeks!!!!!!!
