The Baddest customer service ever. We logged a return due to items that we purchased online from makro. Up until today no communication from makro this return was logged on the 20th February 2025. The remote is not working they send the wrong laptop. Wwenever we phone they tell us the same story "they will escalate the matter. Like what the hell, why must we always phone yo getan update only to hear they will escalated the matter, this is ridiculous! I will never ever recommend anyone to shop online at Makro. BY FAR THE WORSE AND BADDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
