Makro online ****

I bought a product from Makro online and a wrong products was delivered. I logged a return on the 15th of January and till today the product has not been collected and refund not done. I have made several follow ups including going to the store all they do is promise to collect by Friday. 3 Fridays have gone by still no collection. They are ****ming people they should close their online store
