Makro Online

Makro online. I purchased 2 same items from Makro online and only one has been delivered. These items were from external supplier. I've written countless emails to Makro customer support to no avail. I've called and was told the matter is been looked at. It's been over a month since I lodged a complaint, I'm still to be assisted as yet. Makro need to deal with their online store, regardless of items been from external suppliers or in-house, otherwise they'll start loosing customers because customers like me won't stop talking about my experience with them.
