Makro Online store does not believe in refunding customers' money. Even after goods have been returned.
I have been begging for my money for a broken heater since early July 2023 for order MAK***.No luck at all.
Had emails from the following individuals, all promising or lying about my refund being in progress:
Nomsa Mlambo, David Mabena, Norman Dilley, Shamaine Bogopane, Phumzile Ngwenya, Bongani Khubeka
Emails were sent to *** as wellas online. ***
Above is just to mention a few. Nobody ever takes any real action and just promises, so I would shut up.
Makro, give me money please.

07 Aug 2023, 09:02Makro, where is mt money or did the Finance department suddenly close down or the network was down or what colorful excuse will it be this week? The excuses just get more ridiculous every week. Just confirm that refunds dont get paid my Makro and customers will move on.
