Makro Online

This is the second time I am writing a conplaint abou the smae order from Makro Online. My order was placed over a month and a half ago. Still have not recieved it. After my first complaint on Hello Peter, I got a call from Makro and they told me how important their customers are and how important the issue is for them. They informed me that they would contact me within 24 hours but have not heard anyhing. I have emailed them again, no response... If you order something and it get dropped of, your lucky. Else you really struggle with them
