Makro online

I have been waiting for my online order from Makro for weeks now. When I call their call centre they say they’re sourcing out stock as they are out of stock but the appliance is still on the website and they’ve even lowered the price to get more orders. If they don’t have stock why is it still on the website? I don’t even get updates from them, I have to call them every week to check on the progress. I’m never shopping at Makro😡
