Poor service

Makro online team they are so horrible and unprofessional

I have order item online and they process it after 3 day while I'm waiting for my order I got sms

Makro:we had to cancel your order ,you will recieve a refund 5-10 working days Apologies for inconvenience

I had to call them to find out more details they told me it was cancelled due to no stock . How do you process sale without stock

And this second time experiencing issues with makro online platform first was incorrect item delivered to me
