Never ever buy anything from makro online …my orders were cancelled due to no stork on the 28february2025 today is the 21 march 2025 i did not receive my refund….they still have my money of things that i did not get.they gave quote on things that they don’t have ..They don’t treat their client fairly…their complaint department waste of time…do not bother I tried that hence I’m here my business is stuck due to the funds that r not refunded as the products were needed for business

07 Apr 2025, 20:56I called today I’ve been told that the details that I have sent was not sent to the relevant department this is so disappointing u really treat clients so so badly…it is now the whole month without my refund….Makro online u guys really treat people unfairly..,, this deserves to go to twitter I’ve noticed out of 23000 reviews on Ure online makro u got over 20000 reviews that rates u guys badly & each client complains abt 1 thing Ure bad service in terms of refund…this is a major call of concern
