Makro online shopping offers the worst service ever, even their support is worse. Tell me why an order is still not delivered 12 days later and I have to waste my airtime calling them coz their WhatsApp just leaves me hagging. On top of the 12 days they tell me if I cancel order it will take 7 - 14 days for refund
