Makro onlin Sucks!

Shop online 14/11/2024 ORDER: MAK*** 15/11/2024 Makro cancel order due to no stock and got email that state they will refund. I send email and phone, no response. I went to Makro Centurion 01/12/2024 they promise to sort it out on my behalve, nothing happend. Did review on Hellopeter and on 05/12/2024 recieve and email from Palesa Thunzi (Makro Care) requesting my banking details. Still NO REFUND!!! How do I get my money back?
