I have purchased on 11 Nov 2024 paid EFT Then on the 14th, I phoned Makro online numerous times I was told my bank withholds the money They requested proof of payment. I contacted my bank, but no monies were held I sent an email from the bank not withholding funds, But Makro insisted on evidence of payment >> It is urgent as I am using the item to make a living .,
