Makro on line - useless *****.

Bought a PlayStation 4 500gig Spider-Man bundle on the 21st November 2018 at Makro on line shopping . Waited my 14 days for delivery. It passed by and as to date 8 December nobody can tell me where the console is. Spoke to numerous departments because everybody passes the buck. Spent R200 worth of airtime holding on. Spoke to Richard at customer complaints. Needless to say they don't care and don't call back unless threatened. Spoke to Clyde who I was told is Richards supervisor.He knew Absolutely NOTHING. Was put through to Sara who I had to tell the whole story again. The call was dropped after 45min of Hell. Nobody called back. The subsidiary Wumdrop who is contracted for their deliveries doesn't have my invoice on record. I was told Wumdrop has had many clients complaining. This is such a huge store who cannot deliver on any of their advertising promises. DO NOT USE MAKRO ON-LINE. They are headless chickens who do not know what they are doing. They are ***** who advertise falsely. ?????
