Makro on-line shopping absolutely awful

Makro online service is dreadful. They short delivered my order, I have sent 2 emails, the first one 6 days ago, absolutely no one has contacted me. I paid for both items, but received only one, no communication from them at all regarding a refund. I have tried phoning their on-line call centre, but the line gets cut as soon as it rings. Is there anyone working in their call centre. Shocking service, I will never shop on-line with Makro again
