Makro on line questionable delivery

Order OD*** Places 03 March Delivery sms advised for 20 March

All good so far except it is 30 March and we have no product in our hands. Makro on line say "we working on it" and 'this delay is acceptable (to whom ?)"

Why do on line when you cannot keep a simple promise and inconvenience the client and then expect return business
