Makro on line purchase option.

Makro on line...careful, it seemed not all specials are in stock. Ordered stuff and paid for it incl.delivery charges. Confirmed my order,great. Next day ,get and e mail,order cancelled,no stock, so someone dropped the ball. Get another e.mail,refund will be paid back to card used,but will take up to 8 days. Get refund advice to show refund amount,shows minus delivery charge. Called call centre, operator agrees I must be refunded full amount.Advised that I need refund done immediately, not interested in waiting as this is not the customer's fault.long story short a couple of days later,I was refunded in full. Be that as it was, very bad experience, will think twice before I shop on line at Makro again.
