Makro On Line ****** me
Goodday Hellopeter.
I hope this mail finds you well.
Ihereby request your assistance.I bought a monitor at Makro Online.When they delived the monitor,the monitor didnt have a HDMI port like what was displayed online.The monitor had a diferrent port.I then logged into the makro online portal,requested to return tyhe monitor.They sent the driver to come pick tyhe monitor.That was about 3 weeks ago,a week ago,I called them making a follow-up,they said they were going to send me the right monitor,the next day,they sent the very monitor I had returned.Looking into the portal,they declined the return but never gave any reason.
HelloPeter,I feel like the Makro OnLine store is robbing me.I have spent more than a month without ascreen and this is affecting my work as I wanted the monitor for some work.My order number was MAK***.I am one of the people who buy a lot at Makro using both on line and in store.But for me to be treated like this definately doesnt sit well with me.
Can you kindly interven and assist.

Note that I have been waiting for the feedback from the makro onlineteam.They called,requested for some information from me which I shared but they never came back toi me.This is highly affecteing my work production.Can you advise if this is how makro now operates.I feellike I am being ****** of my hard earned money.
