Makro On Line is not the genuine Makro - BEWARE!
Makro On Line is NOT the Makro we think it is. It does not supply Makro stock - it is an agency for other traders, and when a customer is dissatisfied with a product Makro is unable (or unwilling?) to accept the product back. One then has to deal with a company that one has never heard of.
DON'T use Makro On Line!!

05 Dec 2025, 17:55I'm sitting with an unused Samsung A06 that I tried to return, but your thrd-party "supplier" refused to accept it and sent it back to me.
As a pensioner I am usually very careful with all my purchases, and have never before ordered on line.
This time I thought I was ordering from a reliable and honourable company, but Makro is clearly no longer trustworthy.
I will be donating the phone to my church. Perhaps they can use it or raffle it. I certainly don't want it.
(And I will probably never buy anything from Makro again. You are not the only retailer ion the world!!)
