MAKRO ON-LINE IS FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES

<p>I purchased two Samsung desktop chargers which were incorrect. I informed Makro that the items were not what I wanted. I have been having correspondence via e-mail and telephonically for the past three weeks and everything has come to nought. I think that this service is pathetic and I will certainly not make use of their online shopping again. I have not even got my money back.</p>
