MAKRO ON LINE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Makro On line horrible Service I placed an order for my office and 1 item was not delivered ,I have been following up since the 24 October 2025 to date no one can give me feedback ,i keep on Calling and speaking to diffrent people who keep on saying they need to follow up with the store ,and the store people dont answer their phone.
