Makro on line experience.

Guess I should have read all the other reviews on the pathetic service customers receive from Makro on line shopping. It was my first time and absolutely last time, several of the items we ordered were then out of stock, items were packed loosely into oversized boxes and delivered. Due to this some of the items had been damaged. What a huge dissapointment for such a organization. Pathetic, sent email with photo's to complain, zero response.
