Makro on-line does not deliver.

I made on online purchase for groceries on the 30th of May 2024 using the Makro app. Until today 11th of September 2024 my order has not been completely fulfilled/delivered. I have called the call center too many times but they are never able to reslove the oustanding delivery. all they do is make promises and apologise. Items were delivered in three seperate deliveries not within the 5 working day promise. On the app the entire order was statused to complete when some items were dleiverd on the first delivery. Had i not called the call center, i doubt they would have ever fulfilled my entire oder. It's now going towards 4 months with my oder not fulfilled/deliverd, but i paid for the entire order immediately on the 30th of May 2024. Pathetic. i gave the review of one star because you have to rate at least one star to publish a review, they actually deserve no star.
