Makro on line Beware

Makro online.....stay away! I ordered and paid 19 May. Part 2 of my order was delivered today but part 1 of my order, 8 items, still hasn't moved from Order Confirmed. I have emailed Makro, used their whats app group, messenger and phoned and only get automated responses. Makro is uncontactable! So, it appears I have bought items they have no intention of sending and I can't reach them to resolve....I will NEVER use their online service again. No product, no contact, NO Service.....and they have my money!!!!
