I recently bought a TCL airconditioner from Makro online just before Black Friday. Great price, great follow-up on Whatsapp from the team. Small gripe, I asked for a phone call before delivery to ensure someone would be at home. Didn't happen. Perhaps a Whatsapp notification would be better than an sms. But a plus was the delivery was earlier than they had originally advised.

Minus was that the advertorial stated R500 discount on the installation cost. There was no voucher or any documentation related to installation costs. Eventually settled for my own installer.
