I ordered a stove online on 2 October 2023. I ordered wrong one and called call center to ask if I can pay in difference for correct one. I was told to cancel the order and they would refund me. Its nearly a month now and still no refund. I have intern ordered the correct one which has been delivered, but no refund on the first one. I have been calling and I get same reply that they are working on it.
