Makro on-line

I have ordered from Makro on-line in the past and never had a problem but this last time is different. On the 2nd November I placed an order for 1x kettle R99.00 1x Kettle R169.00 and a set of frying pans. I was told that everything would be delivered by the latest 8th November. 1st R99 kettle arrived on 5th a 2nd R99 kettle (not ordered) arrived on the 8th and an additional delivery of frying pans later in the day. I still haven't received my R169 kettle, I have sent numerous emails then phoned them and was told it would be sorted out, it is now the 18th, 16 days after my order and I am still waiting.
