Makro on-line
Bought and returned chairs on-line. Have followed up 8 times and the refund just doesn’t get paid. It is escalated by the operators but absolutely no end result. Shocking experience with no end result.

This is beyond crazy. Everything is scripted and really nothing gets done. My emails and calls can be traced on your system - please check who has been receiving my calls and emails and who the issues are escalated to. Take action against those who aren’t reacting in your value chain, which is clear to me is the authorization supervisor or manager.
Something is seriously wrong and communication only comes from the client, with no response to the client as to where the problem lies and who is taking care of it.
I suspect the problem lies with your structure and the persons who are meant to action the refund. The agents are clearly note takers and generally unable to deal with anything - you have a bottleneck crisis.
I have a cell number and email address. Simply acknowledge the action taking and the timeframe to solve the issue. The money is taken within seconds at the point of sale but cannot be refunded.
In this instance, because Makro on-line were selling stock they didn’t have, one part of the order needed to be returned as the table was meant to be used in conjunction with the chairs.
All I’m asking for is feedback communication and a commitment.
Ps: close on-line and leave that to Takealot and enhance Makro in- store experiences.
