I bought a desk in Jan 2025 and was delivery early in Feb i logged a return as the draw was not able to fit in the desk, i asked that they please send someone out to see why the Draw does not fit in the desk, i spoke to so many people all making promises. I was told almost two months later sorry they cant send anyone out. i asked that they collect the desk and refund my money but the desk has been assembled already so they must send a truck and get the guys to carry the desk out the house. today the courier guys came and said no they cant take the desk

Makro is quick to take your money but when it is time to sort things out the one line department really sucks
