Makro Offline not Online

I placed an order with Makro on the 28 February and was initially advised that the order would be delivered on the 3rd of March. I then received an email advising that the order would be delivered last Saturday, which forced me to stay home to await said delivery. Needless to say, no delivery was made. I then called in to their call centre on the 5th and advised them of the situation and requested that they deliver the items by close of the day as they had already missed the dates that they advised previously. No delivery was made. I called their call centre again this morning and had the misfortune to speak to Lebohang Ramada who was rude and condescending and would not let me speak to a manager. She disconnected the call! The service from Makro Online has been gradually declining and this is buit another example of why they will no longer be getting my business.
