Makro not taking consumers seriously

I registered a complaint about Makro Riversands 6 days ago, as i had purchased 12x 1L water that had expired. they advised they will get the relevant department to investigate and call me. 6 days and no care in the world. This place is pathetic, the management is even worse. Absolutely appalling service. I am going to take my complaint to the consumer council
